The details.

[*]What does 'per vessel' mean?

The subscription is charged per vessel, per month. Every crew member and shoreside user on that vessel is included — there are no per-seat fees, so adding people to a vessel does not change the price.

[*]Is there a free trial?

Yes. The trial is unlimited in duration and no credit card is required. The team will set up a trial environment and walk you through the modules relevant to your operation.

[*]Are prices inclusive of VAT?

No. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate and shown on your invoice.

[*]How is it billed?

Monthly, in advance. You receive an invoice for the following month one day before that month begins. Payment is taken via PayPal from the invoice, and we accept Visa and Mastercard.

[*]Can I cancel?

Any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month in which you cancel, so you are not invoiced for the following month and keep access until the month ends. There is no annual lock-in.

[*]Do I have to take the Accounting module?

No. Accounting is the only module charged separately, and it is entirely optional. It covers crew payroll alongside expenses, invoices, APA, gratuities and budgets. Everything else is included in the base subscription.
