Survey schedule with overdue tracking and the Conditions of Class register. Findings convert to defects or corrective actions; attachments held against the survey.

Yard periods, sequenced
Yard periods with sequenced milestones, linking tasks and surveys to a coordinated execution plan.

Defects with the details.
Each defect captures status, severity, equipment, location and reporter. Findings raised on surveys can be promoted into defects, and defects link through to SMS corrective actions to close the loop with Safety.
